Refund policy
At moueooe.shop, we want you to be absolutely happy with your order.
Damaged Goods:
In the event you receive a damaged order, please send us images of the broken or ruined product so we can open a claim with our shipping carrier. We are happy to replace the damaged product.
Wrong Product:
In the event you receive the wrong product, please send us an email at support@moueooe.shop and we will remedy the situation.
Lost Packages:
If your tracking says 'delivered' but your package is nowhere to be found, please contact us via email so we can open an investigation with our shipping carrier.
Change of Mind (After Shipping):
If you place an order, we ship it, and you no longer want the product, please contact us at support@moueooe.shop. You will be asked to return the product to us. We will refund your order upon receipt, minus the original shipping costs. We do not provide shipping labels for returns; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Change of Mind (Before Shipping):
If you change your mind immediately after placing an order, we are happy to issue a full refund as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Time Limit:
If it has been more than 60 days and you have not received your order, we may not be able to issue a full refund. These cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
